Continental Clothing

Continental Clothing sponsors the production of EJF’s organic cotton campaign t-shirts to support the charity's work.

Following the principals of EJF’s Pick Your Cotton Carefully campaign, the company was one of the first major labels to enforce a ban on cotton from Uzbekistan, where human rights and environmental abuses are rife in the cotton industry.

Continental now label their garments with the country of origin of the cotton, following EJF’s recommendation.

Continental Clothing has continually innovated within its industry sector, forcing change by dominant brands in a multi-billion dollar industry. Now the company has created an opportunity to force and inspire positive change in business ethics and environmental practises through their vision of an entire in ‘low carbon corporate wear, work wear, promotional wear and leisure wear’, built upon fundamental principles of sustainable production and socially positive supply chain management.

EJF is proud to have the support of Continental Clothing and Philip Charles, Continental's Director, sits on the EJF Development and Fundraising Council.
