EJF benefit from Lush Charity Pot in 2010

Every penny you spend on the Lush Charity Pot is donated to charities and other good causes and EJF have been chosen as a charity to benefit in 2010.

With the money raised from the sale of the pots Lush have given EJF a grant towards our grassroots training programme. EJF have provided training to grassroots groups in Cambodia, Vietnam, Guatemala, Indonesia and Brazil to help them stop the exploitation of the environment.

Through this we have learnt that even a small amount of training can make a massive difference to the capabilities and attitudes of local campaigners and this the effectiveness of the campaigns.

EJF's training programmes enable activists in the global South to run successful environmental campaigns and, most importantly, the course trains individuals on how to teach others these vital skills.
